What operators usually ask first.
The product is early. These answers separate what is in the demo from what still needs to be worked through with pilot retailers.
What is live today?
TrueTill is a pilot product. The current demo uses synthetic data and a local Metrc simulator. Live payment, compliance, and provider connections are not active in the demo.
Does TrueTill replace an existing dispensary system?
The demo shows one guided workflow across check-in, checkout, package inventory, cash control, and compliance records. The scope of each pilot, including which existing systems remain in place, will be worked through with participating retailers.
How does the Metrc connection work?
The current demo uses a local Metrc simulator, not a live Metrc connection. Any production connection would depend on state requirements, credentials, approvals, and integration work.
Who is the Michigan pilot for?
TrueTill is starting with Michigan cannabis retailers that want to help shape the first pilot. Technology and payments partners, investors, and advisors can also use the form to start a conversation.
How are payment and customer data handled?
The public demo uses no live customer or payment data. Before any production pilot, data handling, access, and provider responsibilities will be documented with the participating retailer.
